Stop Worry!

MIKE

Really good song to listen to in the morning, and not just because it says "wake up". The vibe and energy this song gives off is simply unmatched.

Sum of my Cares

The Long Faces

I like this song because it has a nice vibe, good lyrics, and was the first song that I listened to for a second time in a row.

Certainty

Temples

I fell in love with this song from the first time that I listened to it. It's really catchy, silly, has great instrumentals, and also has lyrics that I can relate to.

Ghost Town

Kanye West

Such a mysterious song! Kanye is a terrible person, but man, his music is so good. This track starts out like a normal song, but I think half way through the song is when it really shines. Yes, many people say that this is one of Kanye's best songs, but it's popular for good reason.

Paint me Silver

Pond

Yes, this is Pond's most popular song, but that's because it's really good. The production is so good, there's so much variety and complexity, and its just a really fun song. Perfect for driving late night. This is my most listened to track, approaching 300 scrobbles.

Responsibility

Andor

No idea why I like this song so much, but it was the first song that I put on repeat one. Its catchy, upbeat, and puts me in a good mood.

Empire Ants

Gorillaz

Another great nighttime song. I love the voice of Little Dragon and the feel of this track. I just don't like how loud the second half of the song is...

Tek It

Cafuné

The chorus is so catchy, it just works so well! Don't like the ending tho, like you did NOT have to go 100 gecs mode.

Giving Bad People Good Ideas

Death Grips

Really helped me get through work at the start. This is probably the closest I will be to my fathers' music taste for awhile.

Strawberry Skies

Games

Was suprised by this song. It's so mesmorizing and feels straight out of a time period that I wasn't even alive to experience.

Kendrick Lamar

Fun fact: I discovered this song through the radio, and I'm kinda shocked they even played it there. This is a very explicit and angry track, but at the same time, I love the whole mood it emits. Really comfy to listen to at night, and the female singer has a nice voice.

Call me Maybe

JPEGMAFIA

The best usage of the "spin on something you know" I've heard in a song. It just works so well. Feels comforting, like a friend singing a song to you while both of you are in hell.

Night Owl

Spooky Mansion

The female singer sounds so uninterested, while the male singer has so much emotion, and I love that contrast. Also, just really catchy overall.

View 2

Meredith Monk

Not exactly something that I would listen to whenever, but this goofy track helped me appreciate art a little bit better, somehow.

Sunflower

Rex Orange County

I think this is my favorite song of all time. I haven't listened to it in like a year, because I intentionally don't listen to it so I can savor it better when I do. Probably not the best thing when I think about it. But anyways, this song is such a mood lifter, and I love it so much for that. It really gets you going and makes you feel better about whatever is going on.

E. Coli

Earl Sweatshirt

I really like the vibe that this track gives off. And it feels like it was made to be looped on repeat. The instrumentals are just right and feel godlike
